A1: Depend on items, some we can, some need mould cost. If you need to customize others, please contact us.
Q2: What is your packing method?
A2: For sample, we will pack in a carton or a wooden box. For bulk, packed in carton each, then put in the pallets together.
Q3: How long is the delivery time?
A3: Samples need 7-10 days, bulk orders depend the quantity. If have stock, will send out at once when received payment.
Q4: If we can get free sample before bulk orders?
A4: We have no free samples. When you place the bulk order, we will return the sample cost to you.
Q5: What is your payment way?
